On these production lines, multiple recording systems were used side by side, leading to a lack of sufficient insight into performance and breakdowns. Manual data analysis was not only time-consuming, but also provided limited insight.
Problem statement
Heiploeg needed an efficient way to monitor the performance of its new production lines.
